The Food and Wine on Pine is our absolute favourite Anna Maria Island Festival! What could be better than strolling down "The Greenest Main Street in America" on one of the "Top Islands in the USA" with a glass of wine in hand, the sun shining and a chance to sample some of the best food the island restaurants have to offer?
This year, Food and Wine on Pine will be held on May 2nd 2015. The entire street will be closed off and lined with a bounty of food, wine, art and music that makes Anna Maria Island so special. Here's a breakdown of what's available this year.
Delectable and creative food from over 20 of the area's finest restaurants
Tempting wines, as well as, craft and domestic beer
25 local artists
More than 30 musical acts

New for Food and Wine on Pine will be the Kentucky Derby Tent! Inside you will find big screen TV's of the event and the events leading up to the Derby. Other fun events are planned such as chance betting and fun prizes to win throughout the day. The bar is set up to serve Mint Juleps!
There is also a Derby Hat Contest that will take place at 3:00 pm at the tent for registration. Get creative and see if you have what it takes to win the Crown. The contest will be judged at 5:00 and announced at 5:30 pm. (sponsered by the Rotary Club)
